Kadima Developers Partners with Interiors by Steven G. to Design Seven Park Residences and Redesign Sales Gallery

BoardroomPR 2 minutes read

Kadima Developers announced today a partnership with Interiors by Steven G. to lead the creative vision for the condominiums, common areas, and amenity spaces at Seven Park. As part of the collaboration, the firm is also redesigning the Seven Park sales center to provide buyers and brokers with a tangible preview of the project’s sophisticated aesthetic.

The $70 million mixed-use development, located at 218-220 SE Seventh Street, is an eight-story, 200,000-square-foot project ideally situated between Hallandale Beach and Aventura. By visiting the newly redesigned sales gallery, prospective owners can experience the “Modern Coastal Minimalistic” design firsthand, gaining a clear vision of the textures and palettes that define the project’s philosophy.

“We are incredibly excited to bring Seven Park to Hallandale Beach,” said Alejandro Chaberman, CEO and founder of Kadima Developers. “This project is designed to be more than just residences, it’s a vibrant community that seamlessly blends urban living with natural beauty”.

“Our goal for Seven Park is to create a visual anchor that allows residents to seamlessly enjoy their lifestyle with luxury,” said Steven Gurowitz, president and CEO of Interiors by Steven G.  “We are creating a space that not only elevates daily living but feels like a destination guests want to return to. By utilizing high-quality materials, accessories, premium art, and soft greenery, we are designing spaces that effortlessly reflect the landscape surrounding Seven Park.”

The interiors will feature an alabaster foundation with curved silhouettes and bespoke lighting. To streamline a turnkey ownership experience, Interiors by Steven G. has developed furnishing packages at attractive pricing, scaled for all layouts. Ranging from 500-square-foot studios to 1,645-square-foot three-bedroom residences, every interior reflects the same cohesive luxury throughout.

Seven Park features 121 residences and is located directly across from the 16-acre Peter Bluestein Park. Residents will also have access to 30,000 square feet of amenities, including Pickleball, a clean-edge pool with private cabanas, a resident lounge, and a wellness center featuring a steam shower, sauna, and cold plunge.
